General Instructions for poster design and presenting authors

Posters

Posters must have 70 cm x 100 cm (W x H) portrait shape and be written in English. The prints can be delivered to the reception during registration and displayed during the Poster Session (on 14th May, 18-19 at the Gypsotheque, where dinner will be served).

 

Oral Presentations

The oral presentation will last 15 minutes (plus an additional five minutes for audience questions). 

PowerPoint slides and talks must be in English. We kindly invite speakers not to exceed the allotted time to avoid delays in the Workshop schedule.

Flash Talk Presentation

Flash talk presentation will last 5 minutes (plus two minutes to allow audience questions).

Programme and Book of abstracts will be provided in electronic format and can be downloaded to your devices via QR Code.
